Wholesome Salad with Tahini Sauce
A quick and wholesome salad with loads of greens, vegetables, chickpeas (kabuli chana) and tahini dressing!
In a huge salad bowl, mix lettuce leaves, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumbers, boiled chickpeas and sliced onions. Sprinkle pine nuts for crunchiness. Top the salad with Tahini sauce.
For a non-vegetarian option, replace chick peas with roasted chicken cubes.
